Do I need Photoshop or design skills?

No. Everything runs in your browser - upload a design, pick a template, and download. If you can drag and drop, you can make mockups.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan is genuinely free, no credit card. You get 10 mockups a month, clean and watermark-free (up to 1024px), 1 GB storage, and 10 AI assists to try the AI tools. Upgrade only when you need more.

Are mockups really unlimited?

On every paid plan, yes - mockups you make and download in the editor are unlimited. We only meter automation: bulk batches, API renders, and AI assists. The free plan includes 10 mockups a month.

Renders complete in seconds, even in bulk. Start a big batch, grab a coffee, and come back to a finished set.

Can I use my own mockup templates?

Yes. Upload your own PSD templates and the print areas are detected automatically, or just upload a product photo and our AI handles the rest.

What can the AI studio do?

From a single design it can place your product in lifestyle scenes, remove or clean up backgrounds, make Amazon-ready white shots, upscale to 4K, and build bundles and color variants. AI tools draw from your AI assists (a credit pool - tools cost 1 to 3 assists each).

Which plans include the API?

All paid plans (Starter and up) include REST API access, at 60 requests per minute. Full documentation is available.

Can I get print-ready files?

Yes - export print-ready PDF and TIFF at 300 and 600 DPI, with CMYK color and bleed marks, ready for your printer.

How does billing work, and what's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our payment provider. Yearly saves 20% and doubles your monthly quotas (renders, AI assists, storage, and batch size). All prices are in USD.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings anytime, with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you can keep using the free plan afterward.

Do you use my designs to train AI?

No. Your designs and outputs are yours. We store them only to provide the service, we never use your content to train AI models, and you can delete everything at any time. We are GDPR-compliant.
